Easy and Quick Egg Fried Rice Recipe




Hello, Lovely people!!!
Once Again I am back with another Easy, Simple and quick recipe ❤️
Today we will make Egg Fried Rice, which you can make with the simplest ingredients you have at home. In our busy schedule, we got stuck with our boring regular rice. With this easy recipe you will not be bored with your old rice rather enjoy some extra flavours!!! 
So let’s get started ❤️

The Ingredients:

1. Pre-cooked rice

2.Oil and Salt

2. Onion slices

3. Green chilli (optional)

3. Egg

4. Boiled Vegetable ( peas/broccoli/carrots/sweet corn or any vegetable you have at home)

5. Soya Sauce

How To Make Easy and Quick Egg Fried Rice

Step 1: At first Fry some onions in a pan (try to take a spreadable pan so you can mix everything easily)

Step 2: Put the boiled veggies of your choice with the fried onion and green chilli. Sauté the with a salt couple of minutes. 

Step 3: In a separate pan fry the eggs and with the spoon make it smaller pieces (You can also add chicken/prawn here if you want to make it tastier)

Step 4: Once the egg is properly done mix it with the cooked vegetables.

Step 5: Take the pre-cooked rice and spread them into the mixed vegetables and fried eggs.

Step 6: Use an adequate amount of soya sauce according to your taste and cook for 2 more minutes.

Step 7: Enjoy your delicious, tasty and flavourful Egg Fried Rice!!!
